Resume the discussion on the modern habitat model that made up CUPA (residential complex built by Mario Pani between 1947-49 in Mexico City) and propose a re-densification system in this location.

The problems of CUPA lead us to formulate new principles and forms of urban grouping:
-Forming a heterogeneous, compact urban fabric with a density equivalent to or greater than CUPA
-Modular, flexible and aggregatable residential structure, which houses homes of different sizes, allowing the coexistence of different social classes
-Recovering the street as a structuring entity of the city
-The construction of the void, of the public space, as a regulator and distributor of occupation and general density
-Mixedness as an essential socio-economic principle, promoting the private sector as an alternative source of financing in projects of this magnitude
-The denial of building repetition, delimiting the set and dividing the work between different authors
-The implementation of general circuits (collection of gray water, waste and photovoltaic and solar energy) that allow improving the management of natural resources and waste, for the benefit of a more logical and sustainable development
