It is about the ideation of a strategy that transforms the limits of the port into high-quality urban spaces, especially the relationship between land and water in their different contexts.
A structure has been designed capable of adapting to the landscape of the port, preserving the views, but creating new focuses of activity around the public spaces. It is proposed to give a new use to the existing buildings and structures that are characteristic of the port itself: the silos, the cranes, the energy plant, the metal structures, etc., as points of reference and meeting of the different neighborhoods.
