The initial premise of the project is to bring as much light as possible into the interior of the house and increase the possibility of uses, maintaining the essence of the apartment. It was decided to preserve most of the floors and ceilings, carrying out the action in the central space: reinforcing the structure and adapting to the new distribution by placing a concrete slab and modifying the ceiling to be able to pass the facilities and unify the space. The other essential action is the opening of the load-bearing wall, which allows to improve the quality of the common spaces, in terms of space, light, ventilation and flexibility of use.
