The plot, bordering the train tracks and with a new peri-urban growth, suffers from the lack of urban communication. The crack caused by the passage of the train makes us rethink the necessary burial of the train tracks. With these premises, the project is developed around a new square that will serve as an agora for the two buildings: library and archive. These, located at two angles of the plot, tilt to build the accesses to the square. The library, with a structure of large lights oriented towards the landscape and towards the north, is organized from various joints. The archive, atri-foyer públic, stands as a representative watchtower of the municipality.
