The strategy is to clarify the multiple routes and accesses requested (vehicles and pedestrians) by placing the buildings at the ends of the plot and enabling the relationship between the various buildings through a central space that brings together circulations, uses and views. The particular requirements and uses lead the project to clarify the organizational system in server and served spaces.
Construction of the school complex: “in situ” concrete walls for the entire exterior skin of the server spaces; metal structure; PI plate slabs; exterior enclosures of PI plates and wooden carpentry; sloping roofs with sandwich panels finished with zinc.
Construction of the swimming pool: structure of the central space in post-tensioned concrete for the two main beams and the reinforced concrete slab; ties and metal structure, embedded in the carpentry, to support the roofs of the side beaches; PI plate slabs; The rest of the constructive elements are designed with the same logic as those of the school complex.
