Proposal for an alternative urban growth system to the traditional one, forming an episodic but continuous unit, a parallel and transversal structure to the current political model of the current growth of municipalities, which is, in many cases, autonomous and independent of the reality to which it is circumscribed. The project is inscribed within the current framework of the Urban Master Plan of the Colonies of Llobregat and the Llobregat River Park, as the backbone landscape unit of the project.
Preservation of the traditional link between urban form, landscape and society, understood as a heritage value in extinction. New distribution to adapt an industrial reality to the new times, considering the diversity and multiplicity of agents and socioeconomic relations, a positive value for any urban structure.
